As an independent developer, I partner with companies and creatives around the globe to help them figure out their software challenges with a pragmatic approach—using simplicity, clarity, and curiosity to find the right solution. No fluff, no headaches. Just a smooth, focused process that makes tech feel manageable again.
Over the last decade, I’ve worn many hats—full-stack developer, technical lead, and project manager. That experience lets me look at problems from different angles, uncover what really matters, and build what’s actually needed. Whether it’s launching something from scratch, rebuilding an old system, or finding the right tech stack for a new idea—I aim for the path that’s effective and sustainable.
I’ve worked with early-stage startups, independent creators, and growing teams. The formats change—ecommerce sites, SaaS tools, mobile apps—but the core stays the same: use technology as a tool to solve real problems. Sometimes it’s an app, other times a simple form or automation. The solution isn’t about trends—it’s about fit.
I can take care of the full process—from idea to launch—so you don’t need a big team. I keep things lean, focused, and realistic. In my experience, small teams (often no more than 2 or 3 people) move faster and make better decisions early on.
The goal isn’t to build more tech. It’s to make the right thing—and make it work well.
How do I work?
- Async first. I'm happy to jump on a call from time to time, but please don't expect me to be thrilled if you're calling constantly for "updates." I know how to work this way—I'm happy to overcommunicate in writing to keep you in the loop—but I need deep work time to actually get things done. My main goal isn't to fill your calendar, it's to solve your problem.
- Have a clear goal in mind. I can only help you if you know exactly what you need. If you're not sure yet, I'm happy to help you figure it out—but until expectations are clear on both sides, we can't start executing with the clarity we need to get it right. It might sound obvious, but in my experience, it rarely is.
- Deadlines aren't my thing. Once we're aligned on the goal, my main focus is execution—as fast and efficiently as possible. Depending on the complexity, it might take more or less time. Since I don't work hourly, I prefer not to commit to strict deadlines. The best win-win: I solve your problem as quickly as I can, you get what you need, and I get paid.
- I use AI. I think it's worth mentioning, just in case you're not comfortable with that. With the right expertise behind it, AI enhances my work—it helps me focus on what really matters and delegate the repetitive stuff. I'm a heavy AI user, and I genuinely believe it makes my work better.
Few reasons not to contact me
- You want something cheap. Quality work doesn't come cheap, but it's worth investing in.
- You want something fast. Most of the time speed means lower quality, and that's something I'm not willing to lose.
- You're a company unethical or harmful to the planet.
- You want to offer me a full-time job.
